1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pp999 ("pp999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pp999.lat. 2Eligibility & Registration

2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. pp999 does not warrant that use of the platform is legal in your location. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law must not register or use pp999.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one pp999 account. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, and date of birth. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

2.5 KYC Verification. pp999 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) scan (front and back) and confirmation of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time of a withdrawal request may result in request delay or cancellation. All KYC documents are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3Account Management & Security

3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pp999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pp999 staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pp999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your pp999 account. pp999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from authorised or unauthorised use of your account credentials prior to notification.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. pp999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds a secondary verification step using a one-time password delivered to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

3.4 Account Suspension. pp999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, multi-accounting, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms, pending investigation. Decisions regarding account suspension are final subject to the outcome of any formal dispute process.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pp999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. pp999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your pp999 balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times and may take one to three business days to reflect in your account.

4.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your pp999 account at the time of deposit.

4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously verified under KYC. pp999 applies a same-method withdrawal policy wherever technically feasible to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. pp999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within one business day. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the receiving payment provider.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after twelve consecutive months of inactivity. pp999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the Cashier section. Players will be notified via their registered contact method before any dormancy fee is applied.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. pp999 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms and conditions attached to the individual promotion, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses, or using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements – constitutes a breach of these Terms. pp999 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings in such cases.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire in accordance with the terms of each individual promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Real-money deposits are not subject to expiry and are returned in full upon withdrawal request.

6Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games on pp999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by internationally recognised third-party game providers. RNG systems ensure that game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by pp999 or any player.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. 7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pp999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering while under the age of 18 or providing false identity information;
• Operating more than one pp999 account individually or in concert with others;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with pp999 games, sports markets, or account functions;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or event outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain an advantage; immediate reporting of any discovered glitch is required;
• Using pp999 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to access pp999 systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorisation;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pp999 staff or other platform users.

pp999 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, void winnings, and report conduct to relevant authorities where prohibited activities are identified or reasonably suspected.

8Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. pp999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide tools that enable players to maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible at any time from the account dashboard and take effect immediately or within the timeframe specified for each tool.

8.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pp999 account holders:

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by pp999's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

12Amendments & Account Termination

12.1 Amendments. pp999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to players via their registered email address or a notice on the pp999 platform no less than 14 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance. Your continued use of pp999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your pp999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your confirmed payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12.3 pp999-Initiated Termination. pp999 reserves the right to terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or risk management decision. Real-money balances belonging to players whose accounts are closed without cause will be returned in full.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and general principles of contract law.
